We split up hardware into two categories, Internal and Peripheral. Internal hardware is hardware that is inside your tower or laptop(computer case). Peripheral hardware is hardware that connects to you computer via some sort of cable, or via a wireless connection. We troubleshoot and diagnose ALL hardware issues. APCNet Solutions is unique in the fact that we will not charge you more to fix a computer than the computer is worth. If it's going to cost more than what a new one would cost, why fix the old one?
Software Issues?
Software issues are very common. The source of the problem ranges from corrupt installations to misconfiguration. As we are not experts on ALL software we usually won't troubleshoot software problems over the phone, but we can assist you remotely or on site.
